I am a huge racing fan and like I said in another news story Forza and Forza 2 already started to seriously win me over from Gran Turismo and Forza 3 looks so good now. I think it definitely might end up being the better racing/car sim.

Uncharted 2 was a worthy winner of the best game of show though.
I might use my 360 more, but Uncharted is without a doubt one of the best games I have played on my PS3 or any console. Sony is lucky to have Nathan Drake on their side.
Unicron, no way, Alan Wake was by far one of the best games at E3. I thought the animations looked great and the overall graphics are truly second to none. Only Uncharted 2 and Mass Effect 2 are as anticipated for me. As you can tell I like games with great narratives.

Anyway, Microsoft has the strongest game lineup for my tastes, but Uncharted 2 is by far one of my most anticipated games. Who can not like Uncharted?
The problem is outside of Uncharted 2 there just aren't a whole lot of Ps3 games coming this year that interest me. At least not enough to make me choose them over some of the 360 exclusives and multiplatform games. Money supply isn't infinite you know.

I agree with 1up though, Forza 3 was awesome.
The neat thing about those features is not merely just having them. It is the fact that it is integrated into the console itself. The console millions of us are using as our primary gaming platform.

Good showings from both companies, but microsoft's was more focused and more entertaining. They also put more time into actually showing their games. And a lot of what they showed is confirmed to be coming this year, unlike a lot of the Sony stuff. Aside from Uncharted 2 and Ratchet and Clank, which major Ps3 releases are definitely confirmed to be coming out this year?

And at the end of the day that is exactly what 360 owners got. I love the 360 lineup this year. PS3's is decent, especially because of Uncharted 2, but not as good.
No, Microsoft won it with games, Natal and the other announcements were just a huge bonus.
They demoed more actual gameplay than either of the other two companies and they had the better lineup of games that will be coming out this year.
How many years can you count GT5 or Heavy Rain as part of the lineup? Next year when they have confirmed release dates then you can start including them in a comparison of lineups.
You might think it is lame, but it is just human nature to want to compare and discuss what has been shown of something you have an interest in.
I should point out that even shows like CES and NAMM have their respective press discussing and eventually deciding on which company had the best showing.

It is a matter of opinion. In my opinion Ps3 fanboys hype Ps3 exclusives too much and they rarely end up being as good as they were hyped to be.
I would rather have Forza 3, Splinter Cell Conviction, Shadow Complex, Left4Dead 2 and Halo ODST any day over Uncharted 2, ratchet and clank, MAG and the few other so-so games coming out on the PS3 this year. Uncharted 2 is the only one that I think looks awesome. The other ones I really couldn't care less about. Except for maybe MAG...
Natal can be used in so many ways and you'll be surprised what the devs come up with.

They also had a whole bunch of cool games. Not to mention several big surprises. The ps3 show from Sony was pretty good too but hardly anything surprised me and the stuff that did surprise me doesn't really interest me (for example Final Fantasy MMO). GoW3 is cool but I already had seen stuff from that game. The only thing is we got to see more this time, which don't get me wrong is pretty nice but still didn't have the umpf that some of Microsoft's games had.
